Yesterday, Imagine & Peeps celebrated Michaelyn/s 5 year anniversary. Can you imagine? We could not have done without her and can not thank her enough for all the hard work. Thank you Michaelyn.
Conventional wisdom says zebra black-and-white stripes camouflage the animal in tall grass—the better to evade the colorblind lion. But a new study says the pattern scrambles the vision of a tinier biter: the bloodsucking horsefly, according to a recent Nat Geo article.
Yesterday evening, the Imagine crew took a break from NYC and made a trip to see Memphis, the Tony award winning Broadway musical now playing at the Shubert Theater. The enthusiasm of the cast and crew was perfectly contagious, and we recommend the show to any fellow Broadway enthusiasts. We were invited backstage where we met the amazing stars of the performance, and then we made our exit “stage-left” back onto the streets of Manhattan. We finished the night with a meal at Carmines, one of NYC’s staple Italian restaurants with outrageously delicious portions! Take a look at some photos we snagged of the theater, and our quick look backstage
We love this NY Times article about Mr. Sherpa who rings up your gas and coffee and lottery ticket at the Gulf station mini-mart in the Bronx. And if you want to scale Mount Everest, he can help you with that, too. Mr. Sherpa is one of the mountaineering world’s elite guides. He can carry loads at altitudes upward of 20,000 feet without collapsing from lack of oxygen. He has trekked up Mount Everest a dozen times and has reached the summit five times, putting him in rare company. But between guide jobs in the spring and fall, he often travels to the United States to find temporary work.

On September 27th, our client Clearwater hosted a private 3D screening of the blockbuster movie Dolphin Tale, which was filmed in Clearwater, Florida. We were very excited that so many media representatives and their families came to watch the movie. It was such fun evening.

Imagine's peeps recently packed their passports and took to the road for the faraway land of Queens to witness the age-old game of hitting small balls with large rackets, also known as Tennis. It happend to be the star-studded opening night of the US Open. Oh yes we like it!
